Questions I get all the time

Do I need to already know how to lift?

Not at all. I work with complete beginners and experienced lifters alike. I meet you exactly where you are and build from there.

Can I keep my yoga practice?

Yes — and you should. I actively build your yoga and mobility work into your program. The mat and the barbell work together here.

What if I only have 3 days a week?

That's plenty. Your program is built around your real schedule, not some idealized version of it. Three days done consistently beats five done sporadically every time.

Do you cover nutrition?

Yes. Nutrition guidance is included in both offerings. I'm not a registered dietitian, but I am well-versed in fueling for performance and building sustainable eating habits.

What's the difference between the two options?

Custom workout plans are a one-time program delivery. 1:1 coaching is ongoing, high-touch support with weekly communication and monthly calls. If you want accountability and real-time adjustments, coaching is the right fit.
