About Jacquelyn

I built the strongest body of my life in my 40s. Without extremes.

I'm a 500-hour yoga teacher, strength coach, and women's health practitioner based in Austin, Texas. I lift weights, I practice yoga, and I love movement in all forms β€” from the mat to the weight room to the occasional rollerskating adventure.

My body is the strongest it has ever been β€” and I built it without obsessing over food, punishing myself at the gym, or choosing between the practices I love. And everything I coach, I have lived.
